Project Details
The existing site on Heigham Street was showing signs of its age and it was decided to build a new showroom on Barker Street just around the corner. The works involved a completely new Mechanical and Electrical installation which comprised of the following:
- Detailed M&E design
- General and Emergency Lighting
- Specialist lighting for the Showroom Area
- External lighting to façade and rear car park
- General purpose power
- Specialist power for workshop equipment
- New incoming supplies
- Switchgear & containment
- Sound systemAir conditioning
- Ventilation
- Hot and cold water supplies
- Heating installation
- Above ground drainage
- Ambi-rad radiant tube heating to workshop
- Supply and installation of Sanitary ware
