Project Details

To enable further design development for the proposed new Lotus models additional space was required for the Styling team. The existing workshops were transformed into a third Studio, Mill Room, Paint Shop, Trim Shop and Offices. The works involved a completely new Mechanical and Electrical installation which comprised of the following:-

Detailed M&E design
General and Emergency Lighting
General purpose power
Switchgear & containment
Fire Alarm System
Data installation
Compressed Air
Air Conditioning

Ventilation
Hot and cold water supplies
Heating installation
Above ground drainage
Sanitary ware
