Project Details

The existing Factory 3 building was originally an aircraft hangar and more recently just storage space. To increase production space the hangar was stripped back to the bare steel and completely refurbished with the addition of a mezzanine floor. The works involved a completely new Mechanical and Electrical installation which comprised of the following:-

Detailed M&E design
General and Emergency Lighting
External lighting
General purpose power
HV infrastructure upgrade
Switchgear & containment
Fire Alarm System
Data installation
Compressed Air
Vacuum
BMS
Gas infrastructure upgrade

Ventilation
Hot and cold water supplies
Heating installation
Above ground drainage
