Project Details

The new state of the art Business Aviation Centre comprises of a three-storey administration and passenger handling facility sited between the two large aircraft hangars. The ground floor facilities include the main reception desk, VIP lounge, flight crew rest room, training facilities, conference room and offshore passenger handling facilities. The works involved a completely new Mechanical and Electrical installation which comprised of the following:-

Detailed M&E design
General and Emergency Lighting
Specialist lighting to airside apron
External car park lighting
General purpose power
New incoming supplies
Switchgear & containment
Fire Alarm System
PA System
Disabled WC and Refuge Systems
Data installation

Air conditioning
Ventilation
Hot and cold water supplies
Heating installation
Above ground drainage
Ambi-rad radiant tube heating to Hangars
Supply and installation of Sanitary ware
